Jamie Harding has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2013, Jamie worked as a Quality Inspector for Prototyping at QFS Technologies LTD until 2016. In the same year, Jamie interned as a Public Relations & Communications Intern at Acorns Children's Hospice. Jamie then joined UK Athletics in 2016 and held positions such as Media & Communications Assistant, Press Officer, and Major Events Public Relations Manager until 2020. Subsequently, Jamie worked at Sport England, initially as a Press Officer and later as a Senior Press Officer and Head of Media. Additionally, Jamie was involved in media operations for the IAAF World Indoor Championships Birmingham 2018 and served on the News Service Team for London 2017.

Jamie Harding completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations & Communications at Solent University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, Jamie attended Birmingham Newman University and obtained a Foundation degree in Advertising & Media. Jamie's earlier education took place at Langley Secondary School from 2003 to 2008.
