Victoria White has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on human resources and organizational change. Victoria started their career at Ford Motor Company as an HR Business Partner, where they worked from 1996 to 2003. Following this, they joined Arts Council England as Director of Organizational Change from 2003 to 2008. Victoria then moved on to Sport England, where they currently hold the position of Head of Human Resources and Development, starting in 2008.
Victoria White attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1989 to 1992. Victoria did not obtain a degree or have a specific field of study during this time. Later, in 1994, Victoria attended the University of Warwick for a year, ending in 1995.
