Karina Chilman currently serves as the Assistant Director of Integrity Strategy and Senior Safeguarding Officer at Sport Integrity Australia since November 2022. From November 2020, Karina has held positions as a Research Assistant at La Trobe University and as a Physio Mentor at Global Specialist Physiotherapy. Previous roles include Project Manager at Commonwealth Games Australia, Physiotherapist for AFLW at Carlton Football Club, Senior Physiotherapist at Performance Medicine, and Deputy Covid Liaison Officer for the Australian Olympic Committee. Karina's earlier experience encompasses performance medicine therapy with Cirque du Soleil, as well as physiotherapist positions at Calisthenics Victoria Inc. and Basketball Victoria. Karina Chilman holds a Master's degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University and is currently enrolled in the Executive Ready Program through Women & Leadership Australia, set to complete in December 2024.
