Jason Fracchia Pt

Jason Fracchia PT, DPT, OCS, MTC is a dedicated physical therapist currently employed at SporTherapy, LLC since June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a student physical therapist at Downtown Health and Rehabilitation Center from January 2020 to March 2020, and as a therapy technician at Apple Rehab from May 2018 to January 2019, where Jason aided in patient rehabilitation through exercise assistance and education. Previous roles also include physical therapy technician at Cache Valley Hospital and physical therapy aide at Alaskan Physical Therapy, both focused on supporting therapy processes and providing exercise demonstrations. Jason holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Utah State University.
