Steve Cavalier

Stephen Cavalier serves as General Manager for both BPG|Sports and Chase Fieldhouse, contributing to a premier sports management and investment company and a multi-purpose sports complex in Wilmington, respectively. In addition to these roles, Stephen leads the Dukes Elite Lacrosse Club as General Manager, presides over the Sporting Athletic Club, and acts as the Founder and Executive Director of the Future Soccer Stars Foundation, dedicated to fostering youth soccer opportunities. Stephen's expertise extends to talent identification and coaching with the Philadelphia Union. Previous experience includes Director of Operations for the University of Delaware Men's Soccer, as well as youth development and coaching roles at Delaware Rush Soccer Club and Salesianum School. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Delaware and possesses a USSF "A" National Coaching License.
