Cécile Dorbessan

Cécile Dorbessan has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Cécile is currently the Human Resources Director at Sporting Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director Europe at The Trade Desk from 2021 to 2022. Cécile has also held various HR leadership positions at Savills, including HR Director Europe & Middle East from 2018 to 2020, HR Director Europe from 2017 to 2018, and HR Manager Europe from 2015 to 2017. Before joining Savills, they served as the HR Manager France Belgium Monaco at Gucci from 2012 to 2013. Cécile has also worked at Apple as the EU Staffing and Projects Advisor from 2011 to 2012, at Burberry as the HR Advisor France Belgium Switzerland in 2010, at LVMH Fragrance Brands as the Recruitment and Talent Advisor from 2007 to 2010, and at Parfums Christian Dior as the Recruitment and Campus Events Advisor from 2006 to 2007.

Cécile obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources from ESCP Business School, where they studied from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Degree (French DEA) in Labour law at Université Paris Nanterre from 2003 to 2004. Cécile also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Law with a specialization in Labour Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, completing their studies from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, Cécile obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Law with a focus on European Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), where they attended from 2001 to 2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Cécile has also acquired several certifications. Cécile obtained certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from The Myers-Briggs Company in May 2022. Cécile also holds a membership certification as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) from CIPD, obtained in March 2021. Furthermore, they obtained an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in February 2021. Lastly, Cécile holds a PPA certification from Thomas International received in April 2018.
