Laura Baugh

Laura Russell-Baugh is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sporting Life Group since November 2022, Laura has also held multiple HR roles at Golf Town since June 2015, including HR Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. and as a Human Resources Intern at GE Digital Energy. Laura began the career in Human Resources Management as a Co-op Student at Service Canada and worked as a Scotia Professional Relationship Officer at Scotiabank. Educational qualifications include an Honors BA in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and two Post Graduate Certificates in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
