Alejandro Villalon

Alejandro Villalon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in equity, debt transactions, and mergers and acquisitions across diverse industries such as retail, logistics, IT, food, health, automotive, and real estate. Currently serves as Managing Partner at KM Capital Partners and ON Ventures, along with being Chairman of the Board at Capital Gain Intelligence. Alejandro holds several board positions, including at Librerías Gandhi, BNP Paribas Cardif, TU CASA EXPRESS S.A. DE C.V., Sportium, and DOCSOLUTIONS. Previously, Alejandro was the CEO and founder of VeriFone Access, a leading payment solutions company in Mexico. Alejandro's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electric Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, an MBA in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and Executive Education in Innovation Management from Stanford University.
