Cynthia Ulloa

Cynthia Ulloa has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Directora de Recursos Humanos at Sportium since November 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia held various leadership positions at GRUPO SPORTS WORLD, including Directora de Operaciones and Directora de Talento y Cultura, from November 2006 to June 2023. Cynthia's career in human resources began at CIE as Subdirectora de Recursos Humanos OCESA from June 1999 to April 2006, and earlier at REINO AVENTURA, S.A. DE C.V. (Six Flags) as Gerente de Planeación y Capacitación de Recursos Humanos from February 1993 to June 1999. Cynthia's academic background includes a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and additional studies in innovation and management skills from RED Academy and Grupo Dando.
