Roberto Mastrotto

Roberto Mastrotto currently serves as General Manager at Wega srl since September 2024 and has been an Athlete and Product Tester for La Sportiva since 2018, achieving notable rankings in various ultra-trail events, including first place in the 170 km Adamello Ultra Trail 2021 and the 100 Miles of Istria by UTMB 2022. Previously, Roberto held the position of Sales Manager at Brevetti Corium from December 2022 to September 2024 and worked as Sales Area Manager for the Leather Division and Temporary Business Unit Manager at Brevetti-CEA from August 2013 to September 2024, where significant advancements in machine technology were accomplished. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager focusing on Automatic Visual Inspection Machines in the pharmaceutical industry and as Italian Consulting Team Leader at I-Care, with a focus on asset management and maintenance optimization. Roberto holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering - Product Innovation Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
