Phil Moorcroft has over two decades of experience in the IT field, starting as an IT Apprentice at Trafford College and progressing to various roles such as IT Support Technician, Mac Support, and eventually transitioning to SIS Ltd where Phil currently holds the position of Technology Operations Manager. Throughout their career, Phil has gained expertise in IT support, project management, service transition, and team leadership. Phil has been instrumental in implementing new systems, processes, and tools to improve operational efficiency and customer support. Additionally, Phil's experience in supporting end user computing and enterprise networks has equipped him with a robust skill set in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
