Durgesh Jha

Durgesh Jha is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing technical operations and support. Currently serving as an IT Shift Manager at Sportserve since September 2022, Durgesh oversees major incident management processes and maintains JIRA Service Management tickets. Prior roles include Shift Lead at Equiniti, where team management for NOC operations was key, and Specialist II, Technical Deploy at NextGen Healthcare, where database upgrades and incident resolution were primary responsibilities. Durgesh has also held positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IBM India Private Limited, NIIT Technologies Limited, Convergys, and HCL Technologies, accumulating a diverse skill set in technical support and training throughout a career that began in 2004. Durgesh holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Mangalore University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
