Robert Hefflinger

Robert Hefflinger has extensive experience in the manufacturing and composites industries, currently serving as Tooling & Mold Maintenance Manager at Sportsman Boats since September 2020, where earlier positions included Tooling Supervisor and roles in Mold Build. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Composite Fabricator at DeltaWing Manufacturing from November 2018 to September 2020. Robert's career began in November 2014 with Richard Hogan Design as part of the Aircraft R&D/Composites team, contributing to projects focused on advanced composite materials and manufacturing processes.
