Alyssa Palomba

Alyssa Palomba has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alyssa is currently working at SportsRecruits, where they started as a Customer Success Specialist in September 2016 and eventually became the Director of Customer Success in August 2018. After that, they transitioned to the role of Insights Program Manager in January 2018 and later took on the position of Insights Analyst in March 2017.

Prior to their time at SportsRecruits, Alyssa worked at Harlem Lacrosse and Leadership as a Program Director from July 2015 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for providing academic intervention, leadership training, and lacrosse-related operations to at-risk youth in Harlem. Alyssa also served as an AmeriCorps Coach Across America Assistant Coach and Mentor from August 2014 to August 2015 at the same organization.

Alyssa gained experience in customer service as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at Scentbird from December 2014 to June 2015. Additionally, they worked as the Wheels to Water Transportation Supervisor at Friendly House, Inc. from June 2014 to August 2014.

In terms of their involvement in lacrosse, Alyssa was a Co-Captain and Member of the Middlebury Varsity Women's Lacrosse from February 2011 to May 2014. Alyssa also served as a Girl's Lacrosse Coach at Maximum Lacrosse in June 2013 and as a Goalie Coach at Elite 180 Lacrosse Camp in July 2011.

Alyssa's academic experience includes being an Undergraduate Researcher at Texas Christian University from June 2012 to August 2013 and working as a Biology Glassware Cleaner at Middlebury College from November 2010 to January 2012.
