Lillian Sprang

Lillian Sprang is an experienced trainer and entrepreneur with a strong background in sports management and coaching. Since August 2024, Lillian has worked as a Trainer Keepers at HC Rijnvliet while simultaneously holding the same position at SV Kampong Hockey and serving as Hoofdtrainer Keepers and a member of the Technische Commissie at MHC Woerden since August 2020. Additional roles include entrepreneur at Spanty, Trainer & Promoter at SportWays, and Goalie Trainer at AMHC Westerpark until August 2024. Lillian's previous experience also includes a position as Medewerkster Div for gemeente Schagen, coaching at Loenense MHC, and serving as Assistent Hoofdtrainer at Goalie Academy Schreuder. Academically, Lillian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport, Management, and Entrepreneurship from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Commercial Economy with a specialization in Marketing Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
