Spencer Wand is an experienced operations analyst and account manager currently employed at Spot Freight since June 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating cost reductions through strategic route optimization and managing over 1,000 shipments monthly with advanced tracking technologies. Previously, Spencer served as a logistics intern at Backhaul Direct in early 2022, focusing on shipment monitoring and logistical problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency. Spencer also gained marketing experience as an intern at TechPoint in mid-2020, where a business plan was developed addressing COVID-19's impact on the restaurant sector and the launch of an innovative zero-commission food delivery app was successfully accomplished.
