Itai Avidov

Itai Avidov is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technology roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at SpotHero since 2024, Avidov previously held key positions at Provi as both Engineering Lead and Senior Software Engineer from 2020 to April 2024. Prior to that, Avidov was with Backstop Solutions Group from 2014 to 2020, progressing from Software Engineer to Technology Manager. Early career experience includes software development at Alcon Systems Ltd. and B-Obvious, focusing on calibration environments and network simulations. Avidov also served as an Infantry Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 2001 to 2006. Avidov holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, earned between 2008 and 2012.
