Cory Benton

Cory Benton currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at SpotHopper, overseeing a team of over 100 employees and 8 leaders in various functions, achieving a 125% departmental growth and a 99% employee retention rate since joining in March 2022. Prior to SpotHopper, Cory held multiple leadership roles at Kareo from December 2011 to March 2022, culminating in the position of Sr. Director of Account Management, where responsibilities included managing account functions for B2B billing transitions and implementing retention strategies to reduce churn. Earlier roles at Kareo also involved leading customer onboarding and support teams. Cory's experience includes a background in coaching at Purdue University, where responsibilities included supervising weight training and guiding student athletes.
