Erik Hultgren

Erik Hultgren is an accomplished engineering manager at Spotify since April 2019, leading squads dedicated to personalized content development. In addition to this role, Erik serves as a board member for Recommended by, a consultancy focused on HR and organizational development, and co-founded Agilpodden, a podcast on agile culture. Erik also hosts Ledarskapspodden, providing daily insights on leadership. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Scania Group, where Erik worked within the Service Delivery and Sales IT management teams, along with roles in project management and as a graduate trainee. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sociotechnical Systems Engineering, a Bachelor of Social Science in Business Economics, and a technical bachelor's degree in IT, all obtained from Uppsala University.
