Kim Wijk

Kim Wijk is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Spotify, responsible for leading a cross-functional team to develop Jam on the platform since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as CTO at Soundation, where leadership was provided to a software engineering team developing web-based music collaboration tools. Kim has also held various engineering management roles at BBH Stockholm, Welcome App, Schibsted, and Blocket, demonstrating expertise in transforming business objectives into technical solutions and fostering collaboration across teams. In earlier roles, Kim held positions such as Director of Engineering at Solid Media Group AS and Senior Software Engineer at multiple organizations, focusing on innovative project delivery and modern engineering practices.
