Vidisha Hegde is the Head of Insights - Data Science & User Research at Spotify, overseeing the Data Science, User Research, and Business Intelligence function for Spotify in India, the Middle East, and Africa since April 2022. Prior to this role, Vidisha served as the Head of Innovation Strategy & Insights at Swiggy, leading the Research & Insights team to uncover exploratory opportunities through analytics and user research from January 2019 to March 2022. Vidisha also completed a User Centred Design Research Fellowship at Quicksand Design Studio in 2017, and held senior positions at Portea and Tata Power Solar Systems, focusing on special projects and business development, respectively. Early career experience includes an analyst role at KPMG Advisory in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. Vidisha holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering and an education from the Indian School of Business.
