Chereen Pasha, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chereen'smost recent position was as the Director of People Operations at SPOTIO, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they worked at PCI not the big company as a Talent Management Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Chereen also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Parkland Hospital. Chereen has worked as an Executive Recruiter at Experis/Manpower Group and RGP. Chereen began their career as an English Teacher at WorldTeach, where they created a pen pal program and taught English skills to students. Chereen also has experience in accounting, having worked as an Assurance Associate at EY and an Internal Audit Intern at HollyFrontier Corporation. Chereen started their professional journey as an Accounting Support Intern at Nascent Systems, where they audited expense reports and assisted with various accounting tasks.

Chereen Pasha, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management Science, focused in Accounting, from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas in 2013. Chereen completed their high school education at Liberty High School from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Chereen Pasha has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Chereen obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from the TEFL Institute in 2017. Chereen also holds a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in December 2020. Furthermore, they obtained a Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS powered by ADP in September 2020.
