Michael Contini is the current Director of Sales at SpotMe. Michael has been in this position since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Sales at AudienceView from April 2017 to June 2019.

At SpotMe, Michael oversees all Sales efforts of SpotMe's North and South American SaaS and live-events business. Michael leads a team of 5 Account Managers and 1 Account Executive. Michael is responsible for acquisition of net new business and deep expansion/renewal of existing accounts within the Fortune 500. Michael mentors team on deal strategy, demonstration techniques and closing tactics, often acting as a Player/Coach.

At AudienceView, Michael led sales management, strategy, and KPIs for a team of 7 national enterprise sales executives and 1 sales engineer. Michael was responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching team on selling techniques, prospecting, and industry trends. Michael served as a key member of the leadership team while supporting sales staff across full sales cycle; inclusive of demonstrations, client proposals & financial terms, and legal matters.

Oversaw the integration of sales processes, teams, and business practices following AudienceView’s acquisition of OvationTix in 2017. Developed a comprehensive sales toolkit and brought on 4 new members to the existing team. Surpassed on-boarding expectations and quickly developed team members to meet minimum deal standards within their first quarter.
