Todd Manuel

Todd Manuel is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Finance. For over 35 years he has been involved in many facets of the marine industry, including management, financing, development and ownership. He also has experience in investment banking specializing in municipal finance. He is avid boater and a private pilot.
