Mikala Morgan

Mikala Morgan has significant work experience in the field of human resources. Mikala currently holds the position of Senior Human Resources Associate at SPR Therapeutics, Inc., which they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Associate at the same company from April 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining SPR Therapeutics, Inc., Mikala worked at the Geauga County Engineer's Office, where they held multiple roles. Mikala served as a Human Resources Manager from March 2021 to April 2021 and as a Finance and Human Resource Coordinator from May 2018 to March 2021. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Seasonal Administrative Supervisor from June 2014 to May 2018 and as a Finance Intern from May 2016 to August 2016.

Mikala's earliest work experience was at the Madison Public Library, where they started as a Page in February 2013 and worked until January 2015.

Mikala Morgan attended Madison High School from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a high school degree in General Studies. Following this, they enrolled at Lakeland Community College from 2013 to 2015, earning an Associate's Degree in Art/Art Studies, General. Subsequently, they furthered their education at Kent State University, from 2015 to 2016, receiving an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Mikala continued their studies at Kent State University from 2015 to 2018, ultimately completing their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Organizational Communication.
