Melissa McElroy

Melissa McElroy has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Melissa started their career as a SharePoint Consultant at MPS Partners in 2010. Melissa then worked as a SharePoint User Experience Specialist and later as a User Experience & Social Collaboration Evangelist, Senior Manager at the same company. In 2014, they joined Group O as a Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for managing the SharePoint 2010 platform and supporting the Dynamics NAV system. Melissa worked there until 2017.

After that, they joined SPR as a Practice Principal Architect, Manager in 2017, and then moved up to the position of Strategy Architect in 2018. Melissa was responsible for supporting SPR's sales and delivery teams and providing clients with technology expertise. Melissa then progressed to the role of Director, Solution Delivery and finally Senior Director, Solution Delivery, where their responsibilities included team management, mentoring, sales leadership, and supporting clients in defining enterprise technology and methodology strategy. Melissa'swork at SPR continues to the present.

From 2008 to 2014, Melissa obtained a Master's Degree from DePaul University, majoring in Information Systems with a specialization in Application Development, HCI, and Mobile/Wireless Applications.

In 2012, they achieved certification as a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International, Inc.

From 2004 to 2008, Melissa attended Augustana College, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology.
