Fabiel Barahona

Fabiel Barahona has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Spring Creek Barbeque since November 2016, where responsibilities include hiring qualified applicants and training staff for a high-volume environment. Previously, Fabiel held the position of Manager at Tin Roof BBQ from August 2018 to June 2019, focusing on food quality and implementing new recipes that resulted in a 25% sales increase within three months, as well as managing catering for over 150 customers weekly. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from February 2015 to November 2016, where Fabiel managed a team of 28 employees, received the Chiptopia Award for outstanding sales improvement, and assisted in the opening of a new restaurant location. Fabiel holds a high school diploma from Independence High School and has completed additional training at Sparc Academy.
