Robert Logan serves as the Assistant Fire Chief for the Spring Fire Department since August 2010 and holds the position of District Chief with the City of Houston since November 2001. Logan is currently pursuing an Executive Masters in Public Service and Administration with a focus on Homeland Security at Texas A&M University - The Bush School of Government and Public Service, expected to be completed in January 2027. Logan completed a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Columbia Southern University between 2015 and 2017.
