Greg Goldstein has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Greg started their career at Electronic Ink as a Research Intern in 2013. Greg then worked at Valley Green Bank as a Summer Loan Administrator from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Greg interned at Mt. Airy USA, focusing on Economic and Community Development. Greg gained experience as a Summer Associate at Grieboski Global Strategies, LLC in 2016. Greg joined Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as a Business Analyst Intern in 2017 and later transitioned to a Business Analyst role in 2018.

In 2018, Greg joined Spring Garden Lending as an Analyst, where they conducted market analysis, developed a market entry strategy, and managed business development for real estate analytics. Greg held various roles within Spring Garden Lending, including Director of Business Development & Commercial Lender, Vice President of Commercial Lending, and Vice President of Strategy & Growth. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director for the DC Market and Senior Vice President at Spring Garden Lending.

Greg also has experience at Spring Garden Capital Advisors as a Managing Director and Spring Garden Equity as a Managing Director.

Greg Goldstein holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Georgetown University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis. Greg completed their secondary education at Germantown Friends School. Additionally, they are a member of the American Planning Association.
