Global Care Navigation Manager at Spring Health

AP Guay has a diverse work experience in various counseling and teaching roles. Annie-Pierre (AP) started their career at L'Arrêt-Source as a psychosocial intervenient, providing support to women diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Annie-Pierre (AP) then worked as a self-employed art therapist, specializing in sex therapy and applying Schema Therapy. Following this, they joined Morneau Shepell as a bilingual client care counselor, providing counseling services in an Employee Assistance Program and supervising other counselors.

In 2017, AP Guay transitioned to the education field and worked as a foreign language teacher at Bridge Education Group, teaching French language courses to adult students. Annie-Pierre (AP) then joined the Colorado Department of Corrections as an intake specialist.

AP Guay entered the mental health counseling field in 2020, working as a mental health clinical counselor at Realistic Serenity Counseling and later as an unlicensed psychotherapist at RSA. Annie-Pierre (AP) also had a role as a licensed professional counselor at Specialized Offender Services in 2021.

Most recently, AP Guay joined Spring Health as a global care navigator in 2022.

Annie-Pierre (AP) Guay completed their Master's degree in Clinical sexology (counselling) at Université du Québec à Montréal from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they obtained a Certificat de compétence in English for professional communication from McGill University. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Annie-Pierre pursued another Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University.
