Kristen continued their studies and furthered their expertise in coaching and leadership development. In 2008, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.

In 2016, Kristen enrolled at Colorado State University and completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Organizational Development, Learning, Performance & Change in 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of completion from Landmark in 2017 for their Forum, Advanced Course.

To stay current in their field and expand their knowledge, Kristen has pursued additional certifications.
