Senior Manager, Proposal Operations at Spring Health

Nicole Lacouture has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Nicole recently joined Spring Health in 2022 as a Proposal Writer/Technical Manager. In this role, Nicole manages RFP and RFI response projects, collaborates with subject matter experts, and writes and edits technical responses for proposals. Nicole works with Data Services teams to gather technical information and produce reports, proposal tools, and attachments. Nicole also supports the Proposal Operations and Sales teams in planning, producing, and delivering proposals within strict guidelines and deadlines.

Prior to Spring Health, Nicole worked at Cigna from 2015 to 2022. During their time there, they held the position of Proposal Support Senior Analyst for Cigna Global Health Benefits. Nicole was responsible for completing requests for proposal and organizing new content for new business and external materials. Nicole also provided international business data analytics and collaborated with internal stakeholders to support the growth of global wellness and telehealth offerings. Additionally, they worked as a GeoAccess Analyst at Cigna, gathering and researching data elements for provider networks and prospective clients.

Before joining Cigna, Nicole had a brief stint as a Market Specialist at FedBid, Inc. in 2014. Nicole also gained experience as a Student Assistant in the Digital Lab at Loyola Notre Dame Library from 2011 to 2014. Furthermore, Nicole interned at the United States Senate in 2013.

Nicole Lacouture began their education at Northwest Catholic High School, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. After completing their high school education, they pursued higher education at Loyola University Maryland from 2010 to 2014. During their time at Loyola University, Nicole pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Global Studies. In 2013, they had the opportunity to study abroad at The American University of Paris, although it is unclear if they pursued a specific degree or field of study during that period.
