In 2009, Susan completed a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) program through Yoga Alliance, focusing on Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy. Susan expanded their expertise in the field of nutrition and wellness by pursuing a Nutrition and Wellness Consultation program at the American Fitness Professionals and Associates in 2019. Additionally, Susan furthered their knowledge and skills in Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment Yoga Program in 2020. Recently, in 2021, they engaged in the study of Ayurvedic Medicine/Ayurveda at the Shakti School.
