Melony Harks

Melony Harks currently serves as Manager Opvang en Onderwijs at Spring Kinderopvang, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Melony worked as Locatiemanager at Korein from October 2018 to February 2024 and held various roles including pedagogisch medewerker, coach, and manager at Joepie Kinderopvang B.V. from July 2003 until the company merged with Nulvier and subsequently became part of Norlandia in October 2018. Melony holds an HBO degree in management in de kinderopvang and coaching, as well as an mbo degree in SPW 4 from ROC Eindhoven. Additional qualifications include training in systemisch werk, leadership, and ODC professional feedback.
