Angie Leuchtmann (She/Her/Hers)

I am a former elementary teacher, reading specialist, and literacy coach who has been working in higher education teacher education for the past 10 years. I discovered my love of teaching reading in first grade when my first grade teacher paired me up with a classmate who needed some support. This first student taught me that learning to read can be tough and that reading can influence our self concept. It is now my mission to support struggling readers. In my spare time, I love being active, being outside, reading, making memories, and snowmobiling during the long Michigan winter.
