Jodut Hashmi (She/Her)

Jodut Hashmi is the Assistant Vice President of the Data & Evaluation Team at Springboard Collaborative. She started her career as a math teacher in St. Louis Public Schools. Since then, she has worked as a policy advisor, as a researcher evaluating college access and retention programs, and as a manager of teams to conduct and use research to advance educational and economic opportunities for low-income students. Jodut holds a Doctor of Education and an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University. Outside of work, Jodut spends much of her time traveling to and from libraries to find exciting reading materials for her children. One of her favorite books growing up was Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of Nimh.
