Sanjeev Midha (He/Him)

Sanjeev Midha is Springboard Collaborative’s President, responsible for translating Springboard’s vision into strategic & operational plans, then oversee the successful execution of those plans by managing Springboard’s Leadership Team. Sanjeev has been involved with Springboard as an advisor and board member since 2014.

Prior to Springboard, Sanjeev was Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Aramark, responsible for labor and food productivity across the $16B company, while maintaining and enhancing quality and service. He was also responsible for new account startup for Aramark’s largest new accounts, and the global Safety & Risk function.

He was previously a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and a core member of the Operations and Healthcare practice areas. He led engagements focused on Lean manufacturing and supply network optimization across biotech, industrial and consumer goods industries.

Sanjeev holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from the Wharton School. Sanjeev lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and two boys. His favorite childhood book is Lenny’s 20 Pennies.
