Kathleen Weddle

Kathleen Weddle is an experienced professional in recruitment and retail management, currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at Springboard Healthcare since August 2015. In this role, Kathleen has held positions such as Corporate Talent Scout and Trainer, actively identifying talent for internal roles while collaborating with executive leadership. As a Relationship Manager, Kathleen engages with top facilities nationwide to connect clinicians with travel and permanent opportunities. Prior to joining Springboard, Kathleen spent over 15 years at Nordstrom, where roles included Store Manager and Store Project Manager, demonstrating a consistent ability to drive organizational growth, enhance customer experiences, and build strong teams. Kathleen holds a degree from San Diego State University and has additional education from Grossmont College.
