Ravi Ram has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ravi has worked at various companies including Springboard, New Ventures West, Educe Partners, McKinsey & Company, Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, Picmonic, Zappos Family of Companies, and Casa De Los Ninos. At Springboard, Ravi has held multiple roles such as VP of Springboard for Business, Vice President of Sales, Senior Director of Sales & Admissions, and Director of Sales & Admissions. Ravi also had a stint as the Director of User Acquisition (interim) and oversaw the Business Operations as part of the Office of the CEO. Before joining Springboard, Ravi served as a Certified Integral Coach at New Ventures West and as a Leadership Trainer & Coach at Educe Partners. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst and MGI Fellow at McKinsey & Company, where they co-wrote the MGI report on global migration. Ravi also has experience as a Research Fellow in Behavioral Economics at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, a Marketing Consultant at Picmonic, and a Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Ravi began their career as a Team Lead for the Google Online Marketing Challenge at Casa De Los Ninos, a nonprofit organization.

Ravi Ram holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology and Mathematics from the University of Arizona. Ravi also participated in an exchange program as a University Scholar at the National University of Singapore. In addition, Ravi spent time as a visiting student at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, studying Economics. Furthermore, they completed an intensive Portuguese language program at Yázigi Internexus Escola de Idiomas. Ravi has obtained several certifications, including Certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West, Graduate of Rising Executives School from Pavilion, and Intermediate Data Science: Python from Springboard.
