Nicole (Frankowski) Anderson has had a diverse work experience. Nicole began their career in 2011 as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy. In 2014, they took on a seasonal Customer Service position at Kona Ice. In 2015, they became a Race Marketing Intern at Hoosier Park. In 2016, they were promoted to Race Marketing Coordinator at Harrah's Hoosier Park, where they oversaw and managed all social media for Race Marketing, managed a fractional ownership program, and wrote press releases and new releases for the Race Track. In 2017, they joined Pete the Planner\u00ae as a Digital Marketing Assistant, where they oversaw social media planning and posting, recorded, edited, published, and promoted a weekly podcast and radio show, and developed supporting blog posts for weekly radio show and podcast postings. Finally, in 2019, they joined Springbuk as a Digital & Content Marketing Specialist II and later as a Content Marketing Specialist.

Nicole (Frankowski) Anderson attended Hamilton Southeastern High School from 2008-2012. Nicole then attended Ball State University from 2012-2016, where they studied Public Relations. In 2019, they obtained a Digital Marketing Fundamentals Professional Certificate from The University of Vermont Continuing and Distance Education. In 2020, they obtained a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity. Nicole is currently enrolled in a Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, AI, and Automation program at Kellogg Executive Education, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
