Victor Oh

Victor Oh is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capitalist with a robust background in technology and innovation. Currently serving as a Partner at SpringCamp since November 2023, Victor is involved in early-stage investments in top Korean founders in the United States. Previously, Victor founded and led TactileAI from November 2020 to December 2023, providing AI-driven user testing solutions for the beauty care industry. Victor's extensive experience includes roles as Head of Digital Innovation for BASF in the Asia Pacific region, Lead Analyst at Lux Research Inc., and Graduate Researcher at Johns Hopkins University. Victor holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
