Shane Kimbler

Shane Kimbler has extensive experience in the software development and business analysis sectors, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and POS Development Manager at Springer-Miller Systems since September 2005. Shane has successfully orchestrated software development for the SMS|Touch POS product, overseeing over twenty complementary applications to enhance customer control. Previous roles at Springer-Miller include Product Manager and Senior Product Analyst for SMS|Touch POS, where responsibilities included customer retention strategies, software implementation, and training development. Shane also held managerial positions within customer support, overseeing both domestic and international teams. Prior to Springer-Miller, Shane has held various notary public positions across multiple states and worked in accounts receivable and audit management in hospitality. Shane holds a degree in Computer Science from Glendale Community College.
