Melanie Masserant

Melanie Masserant is a seasoned professional in library relations and customer engagement with extensive experience in event management, account development, and library outreach. Currently serving as Customer Engagement Events Manager at Springer Nature Group since April 2022, Melanie previously held the position of Library Relations Manager at JoVE, where significant contributions included organizing webinars, developing training for librarians, and managing vendor relationships.
