Dave Springer

Dave Springer is the Founder and CEO of Springer Realty Group, a real estate company operating in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Prior to starting their own company in 2009, they worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty from 2003 to 2008. Before their career in real estate, Dave worked as a Senior Financial Decision Support Analyst at Catholic Health Initiatives from 2000 to 2003. Dave also held positions at Franciscan Family Care, where they served as a Reimbursement Manager from 1999 to 2000 and as an Account Maintenance Supervisor from 1998 to 1999. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership and a focus on process improvement and operational objectives.

Dave Springer attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
