Michelle Rogan

Michelle Rogan has over 16 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Springfield City School District since 2017, after progressing from the role of Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Benefits Coordinator at Springfield City School District from September 2007 to November 2012. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked as a Development Officer at Community Mercy Health Partners from April 1999 to July 2005. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
