Ronald Gordon, Ed.D. has extensive work experience in the education sector. Ronald began their career in 2007 at Clark State Community College, where they served as the Dean of Enrollment Services for 15 years. In August 2022, they joined the Springfield City School District as the Director of Community Initiatives.

Ronald Gordon, Ed.D. completed their education in a chronological manner. Ronald began their academic journey in 1989 at Wright State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, graduating in 1995. Moving forward, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued further education at Xavier University, acquiring a Master's degree in Sports Administration. Lastly, between 2017 and 2020, Ronald attended Ferris State University, where they achieved a Doctor of Education - EdD degree with a focus on Community College Leadership.
