Rob Prohaska Chfm

Rob Prohaska CHFM has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rob is currently the Director of Engineering at Springfield Hospital since June 2023. Previously, from January 2006 to June 2023, they served as the Director of Plant Services at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, where they were responsible for projects and day-to-day facilities operations. Prior to that, from July 2002 to January 2006, they worked as an Engineering Supervisor at Southwestern VT Medical Center. From February 1988 to January 2002, they were the Manager of Safety, Quality & Technology at Chemfab Corporation, overseeing engineering, quality, and safety at the manufacturing site. Lastly, from August 1982 to February 1988, they worked as a Project Engineer at Allomatic, where they were responsible for product development for an independent manufacturer of auto parts.

Rob Prohaska CHFM earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Rochester, where they studied from 1978 to 1982.
