Spencer Martindale

Spencer Martindale is currently a Corporate Sales & Activation Intern with the Springfield Thunderbirds, where responsibilities include assisting the corporate sales team with sponsorship activation, managing the official kids' fan club, restructuring sponsorship contracts, and making sales calls to both current and prospective sponsors. Previously, Spencer worked with Suffield Parks & Recreation, developing camp binders, coordinating events, and serving as a site director for various activities. Early experience as a line cook at Noodles & Company provided foundational skills in a fast-paced environment. Spencer is pursuing a degree in Sports Management and Business at Springfield College, expected to graduate in May 2024.
