Lori Chronister

Lori Chronister, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Assistant at Springfield Urban League Inc. since January 2023. Previously, from July 2020 to November 2022, Lori worked as a Payroll/HR Coordinator at Yamaha Marine Precision Propellers, Inc., managing bi-weekly payroll for over 200 employees and overseeing new hire orientation.
