Laura Hamrick

Laura Hamrick has over 20 years progressive Human Resources experience. Laura is a graduate of the University of Louisville and began her HR career with Providian/AEGON leading innovative staffing and HR strategies to drive business results. Laura spent over seven years with Papa John’s International, followed by over seven years with Yum! Brands where she built her career with a series of assignments across the company. She held leadership roles in HR for Yum! corporate, KFC and Pizza Hut and completed a nearly three year international expatriate assignment where she had lead responsibility for staffing the high-growth China Division. Laura brings expertise in talent management, total rewards, employee engagement, communications, and building a recognition-based culture.
